Means we take ownership of the warranty of materials and products supplied by us. If there is an issue with the product that we supply, if something fails, we will take ownership of ensuring that the warranty is honoured by the supplier. If needs be, we will fix the problem first and worry about chasing down the warranty after. We will keep you informed during the process until we have the problem resolved.
